This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how MindStream Software LLC (“MindStream,”
“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects and processes personal information. The Policy applies
when you use our websites, mobile applications, online products, software plug-ins and
native software (collectively, our “Products”).

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will
adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The information we collect
The information we collect does not include any data related to application data
accessed by our product APIs or Services. No application related data is ever stored for
use by Mindstream.

When you interact with us through our Products, we may collect information that you
provide, such as when you:

  • Subscribe for a paid account;
  • Send questions or comments via email, social media, or our Website;
    The types of personal information that you provide may include:

  • Address;
  • Postal address, billing address, tax identification number, contact information of
    an billing representative;

    spelled out below and with appropriate safeguards on your privacy:

    assistance messages, we may still send you other messages, like those about your

    subscription cancelation (for next renewal interval) at any time. Please keep in
    mind that we may continue to retain some of your information after closing your
